Apply Online Getting Started with Delvepoint.
1. Validate Your Email
You will receive TWO EMAILS from Delvepoint.
The FIRST EMAIL contains a link to Validate Your Email Address. This email will also include your New Temporary Password.
Once you validate your email address, you'll receive a SECOND EMAIL which contains your Account Number.
As a reminder, you must utilize the Username that you provided during the sign up process. We suggest that you print, save or write down these credentials because you will need all of them to login to Delvepoint. 2. Upload Your Documents
Before you can start your free trial, we will also need a couple of quick documents from you. The sooner we receive your documents, the faster you can start searching.
Click the button below to upload your documents now. You can also upload your documents from inside the Delvepoint application via the Compliance Center located under the My Account menu.
- Click "Check for New Messages" or "Refresh" in your email client program.
- Check your spam folder. Make sure to add "customerservice@delvepoint.com" as a known address.
- If you have a network or email administrator, contact them to see if the email was quarantined or blocked.
- Verify that you can in fact receive emails from others email accounts besides ours.
